Information you provide
Your name, email or Telegram, selected service, project description and optional budget. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information.
Why we use it
To review your enquiry, clarify your needs and contact you. Required consent covers handling your request. Referral details and UTM parameters are saved only with separate permission in the form.
Where enquiries are stored
Enquiries from this site are stored in a restricted PostgreSQL database hosted on Render. If the studio enables notifications, your name, contact, service and project description will be sent to its private Telegram chat.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries are retained to review your needs and continue the conversation. You can request access, correction or deletion through the SHAMDAN contacts on this page. Include the enquiry date and the contact you used so we can locate the record and confirm that the request concerns your data.
Analytics
Analytics is off by default. When configured, it starts only after separate consent. The site does not automatically enable advertising trackers.
Technical protection
To limit spam, the server temporarily stores a hash of a technical request identifier. This is not included in your enquiry. Enquiries are not publicly accessible.
